Brian Banks

Brian is a co-founder and CEO of Giant Leaders.He is also one of the founders of American Health Partners (AHP), a company that specializes in partnering with innovators of medical technology to help them prepare for the market and maximize their global potential.

Prior to his leadership role at AHP, Brian was President of a service and distribution company serving both regional and national clients.  Under his direction and guidance, the organization became an industry leader and was ultimately sold to a national corporation.

Brian is at home in the great outdoors and has been known to be caught knee deep in a mountain stream fly-fishing. As a family man, Brian is passionate about his wife, Vickey, and their two children. He especially enjoys helping business leaders succeed in their family, faith and profession.

 

Dr. Stephen R. Graves

Steve Graves is a co-founder of Giant Leaders. Prior to founding Giant Leaders Steve, founded Coaching by Cornerstone and the Life@Work Company. He has coached senior leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs for more than two decades. He is known for his wisdom, wit and ability to see through the complex to a simple path of progress.

Steve is the co-author of nearly a dozen books on leadership, business and the booming faith/work movement. His last two releases, Life@Work and The Power of One, were co-authored with best selling author Dr. John C. Maxwell.

Along with his appetite to create meaningful content, Steve loves to share his life and learnings with others….whether speaking to a stadium of 80,000 men, sitting around in a snow trapped Utah cabin with a handful of CEOs, or standing in a trout stream with a friend talking about life and work.

He is often referred to as a business and life sherpa to some of the most successful senior leaders in today’s ministry and business landscape. At any given time he is coaching 4-5 high profile CEOs and 3-4 young gun business entrepreneurs. Graves says he has the best job in the world and really believes it.

He has lived in Fayetteville, Arkansas for over 20 years and is married with three children. In the last decade he has become very intentional about growing ‘next generational’ leaders. He speaks regularly, sits on several boards and sneaks off to go fishing as often as he can.

 

Matthew Myers

Matthew became the CEO of his family medical laboratory business at the age of 24.  With the help of his team, he stabilized and sold the business to a national firm.

In 1996, Matthew saw an opportunity in sports nutrition and founded NuCare, a nutritional supplement manufacturer and distributor. This business was subsequently sold and continues to operate today under the same name. 

In 1998, Matthew co-founded Extreme Interactive Media, a large Web site with approximately 500,000 monthly visitors for extreme sports fans. In less than a year, the company purchased two businesses and grew 500%. The decision was made to sell to a corporate buyer going public who eventually sold to News Corp. 

In 2002, Matthew and his business partner, Jeremie Kubicek, founded Giant Partners.  In 2007, along with a strategic investment group, they formed Giant Impact, which acquired Atlanta companies, Maximum Impact, INJOY and Catalyst.   

Matthew and his wife, Kim, have two children and enjoy playing games together, taking walks, watching movies, helping others, taking weekend trips, and going to church. He believes his calling in life is to work with leaders to make a positive impact on the marketplace and world. He is also a passionate fly-fisherman and loves to go to the mountains. 

 

Jeremie Kubicek

Jeremie Kubicek is president and CEO of Giant Impact and Co-Founder of Giant Partners.  He has over 15 years of experience in growing companies, both nationally and internationally.

Jeremie has experienced entrepreneurial success both in the United States and in Moscow, Russia, where he was a co-founder of Global Options Inc., an outsourcing consulting firm that impacted Fortune 500 and other International firms.

Jeremie move back to Oklahoma City in 1990 where he became vice president of marketing for BMK Inc., a $500 million firm.

His business experience eventually led him to found Giant Partners, a growth firm, specializing in growing revenues and profits of organization through revolutionary strategic planning and growth advisory for CEOs and their teams.

In February of 2007Jeremie and Matthew Myers along with a strategic investment group formed Giant Impact that acquired an Atlanta based company, The Maximum Impact Group. With the acquisition, Kubicek was named President and CEO of Giant Impact.

Jeremie holds a B.B.A. in management from Oklahoma Baptist University. He and his wife, Kelly, have three children. They are very active in the community and in their church. Jeremie speaks frequently in various forums and groups both professionally and in his spare time.

 

Dave Gillogly

Dave spent over 11 years at the helm of Express Personnel Services. During his tenure as president, the company grew from 100 offices and $100 million in sales to nearly 500 offices worldwide with sales exceeding $1.1 billion, making Express the world’s largest privately-held personnel firm.

Prior to joining Express, Dave served in executive roles in several industries including oil and gas, transportation, and business consulting.

Following his early retirement, he served for seven years as an adjunct professor in the Paul Dickinson School of Business at Oklahoma Baptist University. He has been a guest lecturer, panelist, and speaker on leadership, management, and organizational health and growth at conferences throughout the United States.

Dave spends part of each year at his home in Montana where he pursues the life of a trout bum. Dave is married to Millicent and they have two grown daughters.

 

Ted W. Beasley

Ted has coached hundreds of emerging and senior leaders in the corporate, entertainment, media, nonprofit, and government arenas. As a consultant, he has brought strategic and financial expertise to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.

As an entrepreneur, Ted has launched ventures in the U.S., Eastern Europe, and Australia. In addition to his business pursuits, Ted has founded Gateway Church, an innovative congregation of over 3,500 attendees in Austin, TX.

He holds an MBA from The University of Texas.

Colleagues and family members of Ted's clients often positively remark to them “You've changed. What's going in your life?” Ted is proficient at helping clients engage in relationships, practices, and skill development that lead to transformation. His listening, sense-making, and insights assist high capacity leaders escape paralysis in the face of complex personal and business challenges.

Ted is based in Austin – the coolest city in America – where he lives with his wife and three kids. He enjoys writing, filmmaking, and outdoor sports. You can also catch him doing some stand-up comedy to blow off steam.

 

Ray E. Sanders

With over 20 years of experience Ray is a seasoned corporate executive who has led organizational development and strategic marketing communications for multimillion dollar organizations.

Ray is an award-winning professional with a keen sense for leading corporations through transitions of sustained growth. He is known for his ability to pinpoint critical issues, provide clarity to the complex and bring motivating synergy to teams.

Prior to his role as Executive Vice President of Giant Leaders, Ray was at the helm of one of the region’s largest media outlets. He also served as a member of the executive leadership team for one of the region's largest nonprofit organizations.

Prior to his involvement with Giant Leaders, Ray was Vice President of Communications/Development for one of the nation's most sound financial institutions where he lead operations, corporate communications and strategic planning as well as several successful mergers and acquisitions for the growing multimillion dollar organization.

Ray has also served in a bipartisan role with the United States Senate Sergeant of Arms and as a vice president for a Washington D.C. based growth firm.

With a history in broadcasting, publishing and corporate communications Ray has developed as an engaging, humorous and passionate conference speaker. Ray provides a refreshing, energetic and memorable experience for those he touches with his stories, insights and often entertaining perspectives.

He is a native to Oklahoma and is often caught humming the University of Oklahoma fight song, Boomer Sooner. He loves spending time with the love of his life, his girlfriend and wife, Stephanie. Together they have six children - four girls and two boys. God and family are the driving forces behind his purpose and passion.

Caitlin Allbright

With years of experience in both the public and private sector for such organizations as Dell, Applied Materials, Whole Foods Market, DBM, Gateway Community Church, Missouri Western State College and the University of Texas, Caitlin brings a unique perspective to the clients she serves through Giant Leaders.

Caitlin has served leaders from a variety of industries and is known for applying practical insights from her leadership development workshops she leads on Performance Management, Delegation, Strategic Planning, Communications, Team Building and Work/Life Balance.

Caitlin has been recognized for her role in the development of the Entrepreneur Training for DBM, a leading outplacement advisement firm. At Whole Foods Market, she coached and mentored Training Directors in the company’s Midwest region encompassing Michigan, Illinois and Ontario.

Caitlin is known for moving her clients from an environment of chaos and confusion to clarity, focus, and purpose. She is exceptionally perceptive and skilled in working with complex personal and professional issues.

She is a proud Texan living in Austin with her husband and enjoys cooking, traveling, getting together with family and friends, especially any or all of their six children and 10 grandchildren.

 

Gary Bridwell

Having spent more than 25 years in construction dealership sales, management and ownership experience with Ditch Witch, an international leader in the construction industry, Gary understands full well the challenges business leaders face when operating a growing and thriving business in a highly competitive and volatile industry.

As an entrepreneur Gary is known as an innovator and leading contender in the home building, auto services and real estate fields.

He is the proud founder and director of Dealer 20, a think tank organization composed of an elite group of Ditch Witch dealership owners.

Gary is a graduate of Oklahoma State University having earned both a Bachelor of Science in physiology and a MBA in marketing and finance. He is lives in Edmond, OK and in his free time is often seen swinging a golf club or fly-fishing.

 

Dr. Brian Epperson

As an Executive Coach with Giant Leaders, Dr. Brian Epperson has extensive experience in leading large-scale change and reengineering initiatives in the areas of finance, operations, information technology, engineering, human resources, and business development.

Brian possesses a proven record of coupling the theoretical rigor of academe with the applied pragmatism of today’s corporation in order to drive organizational and human capital improvements. His professional experience also includes human capital management, HR process redesign, strategic planning, as well as organizational, cultural and leadership development.

Recognizing today’s fast-paced and challenging corporate landscape, Brian developed a proprietary change and innovation model designed to lead change and innovation initiatives within an organization.

Brian earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Marines Corps, Fleet Anti-Terrorist Security Team.

He is a rabid fan of Oklahoma football, loves to write, and is an ardent runner with aspirations of completing a marathon in each of the 50 states.

Brian considers his wife Monica to be his dearest friend. They live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they are raising their daughter Eden. Together they are active members of their church and are heavily involved in operating Blended Love, Inc., a non-profit organization of which Brian and Monica co-founded in an effort to help mitigate the negative effects of divorce on children.

 

Wendy B. Harris

Known for her engaging and refined ability to listen and discern the core thought and behavior patterns which interfere with success, Wendy Harris is a licensed professional counselor and executive coach who equips business leaders and medical professionals alike with the tools they need to achieve uncommon productivity and effectiveness in both life and work.

As a noted speaker and author, Wendy is often called upon to lead seminars, workshops and conferences for civic organizations, businesses and medical groups on such topics as, Re-Training Your Mind for Health & Success, Leadership Others Want to Follow and Valuing Yourself and Others.

Having overcome formidable challenges in her own life, Wendy developed Renew Your Mind, Transform Your Life, a dynamic curriculum that outlines the principles and methods necessary for internal transformation and lasting results. She has used this content to build her practice into a thriving company serving individuals, companies and medical practices throughout North Carolina.

As a GiANT Leaders' Executive Coach, Wendy utilizes her keen understanding of the inner person with the strategic thinking necessary to equip business leaders to move beyond goal setting to goal accomplishment. She has the heart and mind of a servant-leader and a tremendous passion for helping her clients develop their capabilities as high-potential leaders.

Having earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill, Wendy is a die-hard Tarheel and resides on the coast of North Carolina, where she and her two daughters enjoy the beach and a variety of outdoor sports.

 

Lance Humphreys

Lance Humphreys is known for his ability to passionately articulate pioneering vision and build teams that move people toward it.

As a third generation business leader, Humphreys understands full well the challenges associated with growing a national brand. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Jacks Merchandising and Distribution he became a senior leader the hard way – he earned it through results. In the late 1990’s he built and led teams to overcome unforeseen corporate challenges by initiating and leading strategic planning, sales and marketing as well as information technology, which ultimately led to unprecedented growth.

As a Priority Management consultant Humphreys was later called upon to utilize his professional experience to train groups of business leaders in productivity skills including time management, goal setting, intentional learning and project planning.

His ability to articulate a vision to impact a city led Humphreys to unite top business and ministry leaders to partner together in accelerating the multiplication of quality churches in the Oklahoma City metro. He continues his work with the group of leaders to multiply Vision360 internationally.

Passionate about facilitating life change, early in 2000, Humphreys cast an innovative vision and developed a leadership team, structure and resources for Bridgeway Church, a community of Believers devoted to building trust, vulnerability and relationship building. Bridgeway has since become known internationally for its ability to develop and release people of transforming influence.

As an Executive Coach for Giant Leaders, Humphreys continues his passion as a visionary leader by working one-on-one with senior leaders as they navigate challenges and opportunities in both life and work.

 

Mark Maines

Mark Maines is a leadership and team development specialist. He is known for his unique ability to raise people’s performance by translating the latest research and thinking from the fields of psychology, sociology and business into highly effective leadership practices.

Prior to his coaching role with Giant Leaders, Mark was the Leadership Practice Leader for the Crossroads Leaders consulting group, a firm specializing in timely and effective strategic leadership and sustainable change initiatives in companies and organizations. As a business advisor, Mark has helped both multi-million dollar and not-for-profit organizations scale their businesses by developing their people and shaping their strategy.

As an entrepreneur, Mark was a founding Partner of Chronicle Project, LLC; a production company committed to telling the compelling stories of life through visual media that moves people to offer compassion and hope.  While at Chronicle Project, Mark handled the daily operations of this start-up firm and was the Associate Producer for the award-winning documentary titled, “Dear Francis.” 

Mark holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in the fields of psychology and sociology.

Mark lives with his wife, Jeanette, in Pasadena, CA where they enjoy access to sand in the summer, snow in the winter and running the Rose Bowl all year long.

 

Steven S. Mary

Steven has served as a coach with sports professionals and as a consultant with police departments, the judicial system, teachers, parents and all levels of business professionals.

Steven founded Integrity Communication, a leadership development company recognizing the vital importance of listening, rapport-building and servant-leadership for successful business.

As a speaker and facilitator, Steven has presented in hundreds of cities in North America and Europe. His audiences include major corporate officers, management executives and numerous customer-contact employees. The responses to his performance are unrivaled for his unique ability to inspire and the standard which he brings to, and demands from, his audience.

The hallmark of Steven’s coaching ability is his energy, inspiration and dedication to excellence. He provides strategies that are practical, proven and bring about life-changing results.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Steven lived in London and Las Vegas and now calls Austin, Texas his home. When he is not working, Steven is active in his church ministries and is an integral part of his church and community.

 

Jack Myrick

As the Founder of Myrick Enterprises, a restaurant development group with interests in 10 restaurants, Jack brings vast experience to the field of executive coaching.

He understands the challenges of operating multiple locations, meeting payroll and making a profit. Jack has been a part of over 30 store openings and helped turn around dozens of others. He was instrumental in successfully coaching two large struggling metro markets back to health by re-energized sales and profits.

In addition to his successful career in the competitive restaurant industry, Jack started and successfully sold Management Solutions, a management training company that continues to operate to this day.

Jack is particularly proud of the fact that he has personally built from scratch, two incredibly successful theme related restaurants.

Always passionate about healthy relationships at work and home, Jack is a Director for the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative and a popular speaker and coach on Marriage and Winning with Workplace Relationships.

He is the author of two business parables The Shipbuilder and The Merchant. His books help people learn how to lead with a heart and how to make relational intelligence a competitive edge.

Jack has coached hundreds through successful careers and life transitions. He truly believes we can have a great career and a great family life.

Jack has been married to his incredible wife Linda for 26 years and they have 3 amazing daughters. They live in Edmond, Oklahoma and love helping couples achieve their dream for a happy, healthy marriage and family.

 

Dr. Monica Scamardo

As an executive coach for Giant Leaders Monica utilizes her expertise by applying research-based behavioral and organizational principles to complex and diversified business challenges.

Drawing from her experience and expertise as the founder and president of Variate, a consulting company specializing in organizational and leadership development, Monica has coached emerging and senior leaders from corporate, government, non-profit, and higher education settings. She enjoys working with leaders who are motivated to create profitability and fulfillment in their organizations through: strengthening their own leadership skill sets; creating accountability structures that support business and personal goals; developing their leadership teams; and rebuilding challenging business and personal relationships.

As a notable keynote speaker, Monica motivates audiences as she speaks on goal achievement, communication, change management and rebuilding morale through the use of systemic and strengths-based models.

Based in Austin, Monica lives with her husband David and their daughter. They stay connected with family, friends and church. Together they enjoy the lake and music of Austin as often as possible.

 

Pete Snell

Pete Snell has nearly 30 years of leadership experience as a corporate executive for leading computer and Internet companies in the Silicon Valley.

He was the founding CEO for a division of a company ranked as the leading Internet marketing firm in the world by Advertising Age Magazine. The company successfully completed an initial public offering and achieved a market capitalization of over $1 billion.

Pete has led regions or divisions of two publicly held companies and has also served as a founding member for 10 ventures and multiple social enterprises. On three separate occasions he has raised capital to fund the organizations he has served.

He has negotiated scores of successful business agreements including customer contracts, business development partnerships, employment compensation, and financing term sheets. He has been in the pioneering or early stage of multiple industries: terminals, PCs, laptops, pen computers, PDAs, the Internet, Internet marketing, and healthcare’s use of the Internet for clinical trials. In addition, Pete has sold or managed sales teams responsible for more than $100M in products and services.

As an Executive Coach for Giant Leaders, Pete’s work with clients focuses on developing a leader’s full potential in order to achieve optimum success and on building fundamentally sound businesses that are “built to last.”

Drawing from his extensive experience with start-up ventures and his perspective from the helm of large organizations, Pete often works with entrepreneurs and leaders of companies in the building and growth stages of their businesses.

Pete is very happily married and is the proud father of five children. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and lives in the Silicon Valley.

 

Jeff Wills

With more than 20 years of business leadership and management experience Jeff proudly serves as an executive coach for Giant Leaders.

As a successful entrepreneur, Jeff understands the challenges of starting, growing and selling a business from start to finish. He is the former Co-Owner and COO of Canadian Valley Medical Solutions, Inc., a medical equipment and specialty pharmacy services organization designed especially for patients convalescing in their home.

Under his leadership the Oklahoma Venture Forum named his company as the 8th Fastest Growing Company in Oklahoma. His company was also recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Company in the Top 50 Metro OKC Companies on numerous occasions.

Jeff prides himself in having developed processes, procedures and strategies that allowed the company to sustain incredible growth. The company was purchased by a publicly traded Fortune 50 company in 2006.

Jeff has served on the board of the Medical Equipment Suppliers Association, the board of The American Association of Homecare as Chairman of the Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Therapy Advisory Council and as President of the El Reno Public School Board.

Jeff is a former member of TEC “Vistage”, a worldwide organization focusing on increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs. He is also currently serving as board member of The Bank of Union.

He is a licensed advisor of The CEO Advantage™ and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He and his wife, Tracey, have been married since 1984 and have two grown children.

 

Teresa Wolf

Teresa Wolf is known for her enthusiasm and entrepreneurial drive. She understands full well the challenges associated with initiating a start-up business and seeing the company become a thriving and substantiated enterprise within short order.

As a leading real estate professional, Teresa has co-developed and built a highly successful, nationally ranked, award-winning team of Realtors. She has also developed a highly successful realtor-mentoring program, teaches for the Keller Williams Realty Southeast Region and coached real estate agents nationally for Keller Williams Realty International.

Surprising to some, given her savvy business acumen, but in keeping with her care and love for people, Teresa was a registered nurse for 12 years and Paramedic on a volunteer rescue squad for 5 years. Her background includes Physical Rehabilitation, Emergency Medicine and Home Health.

Teresa enjoys helping others learn how to enjoy life to the fullest. She excels at helping executives achieve higher levels of performance. She is especially passionate about working with married couples who operate their business together as a team, women executives who are challenged with the pressures of work and home and sales executives who want to win!
